The Arrangement A circular takes after a seed circular follow-on venture by BEENEXT in June 2024. Already, Lucidity had closed a pre-seed circular of $500K and a $5.3 million seed circular in June 2022. The company has raised a add up to of $31 million in subsidizing to date.
