JSP Chairman Yadav meets PM Dahal amid party split
KATHMANDU: Upendra Yadav, the Chairman of Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP) Nepal and also serving as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health, has arrived at the Prime Minister’s official residence in Baluwatar.
Yadav's visit to Prime Minister Dahal's residence follows the recent split within the party, which occurred while he was on a foreign tour.
The party split took place on Sunday, during Yadav's absence from the country. Having returned only last night after concluding his trip, Yadav is anticipated to engage in discussions with Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal Prachanda regarding the evolving situation within the party.
