FC Internazionale Milano (Inter) and BYD Group, a pioneer in electric mobility worldwide, have agreed to a three-year strategic agreement as the club's Global Automotive Partner. This partnership is a significant announcement with real partnership across the automotive and football sectors, connecting two rapidly growing global brands with a shared commitment to innovation, quality and sustainability.About 70 automobiles will be given to the Club as part of the deal for Inter's executives, coaches, and players. Inter will also receive a special Nerazzurri model of BYD's flagship model the SEALION 7, with a special model for fans in limited numbers. Giorgio Ricci, Chief Revenue Officer of Inter, stated that the partnership illustrates the club's global profile and a way to engage fans holistically. "We are pleased to be the first football club chosen by BYD and its brands, which, in addition to BYD, includes DENZA. This demonstrates Inter's increasing international presence," explained Ricci. The partnership will also offer customized purchase and rental offers for Inter supporters, while assisting BYD's European growth — specifically, the roll-out of its premium brand DENZA. It's worth noting this partnership follows BYD's recent sponsorship deals with UEFA EURO 2024 and the UEFA U-21 Championship 2025. The sponsorship underlines BYD’S strategic play by investing in football to connect with millions of fans and promote sustainable mobility across the globe.
