Online gaming company Head Digital Works (HDW), the parent company of gaming firm A23, has obtained Deltatech Gaming, the administrator of online poker platform Adda52.
HDW declared in a press discharge that the securing points to strengthen its online poker portfolio.
The exchange will take put in two stages for a add up to thought of Rs 491 crore ($57.5 million). At first, Head Advanced Works will secure a 51% stake in Deltatech Gaming taking after the merger.
Post-merger, DeltaCorp Limited will hold a 5.7% stake in Head Advanced Works.
