Damauli Hospital faces surge in fever and diarrhoea cases
KATHMANDU: Patients with fever and diarrhea are becoming more frequent at Damauli Hospital in the Tanahu area as the rainy season draws near. Since last week, there has been a discernible increase in the number of cases. The hospital is currently seeing 350–400 patients every day.
The hospital's information officer, Dr. Kamal Bhandari, stated that patients with dengue fever and other fever and diarrhea are among those seeing this increase in patients.
In order to avoid further difficulties, Dr. Bhandari stressed how crucial it is for dengue patients to protect themselves from mosquito bites.
