With the new rules, there are things we have to respect and pay attention to, and then the European Cup and Copa America obviously slow everything down. Hopefully things will improve now because we still have a lot to do and we will try to deliver as much as we can.
"How active do we expect to be? I think both ways. There are things that we have to improve, that\'s for sure and we are going to try to do. But the market is tricky. We have been very aggressive, we are very determined and we have a clear idea obviously of what we want to do. It's all about finding the right protocol at the right time.
Arsenal will start pre-season on July 24 against Bournemouth.
Arteta's side travel to Los Angeles later this month to face Manchester United at the SoFi Stadium on July 27, before taking on Liverpool in Philadelphia on July 31.
