China successfully launches Smart Dragon-3 rocket
KATHMANDU: China launched a Smart Dragon-3 carrier rocket from the waters of Shandong Province's Haiyang on Tuesday with success. The launch was carried out by the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center and happened at 10:31 a.m. Beijing Time.
The Tianyi-41 satellite was one of eight satellites that had to be launched into their proper orbits by the rocket. China's continuous endeavors to enhance its space capabilities include this launch.
China's increasing investment in satellite technology and space exploration is reflected in this offshore launch, which represents a critical step towards improving commercial space operations in the nation.
