Rajendra Mahato announces formation of National Liberation Revolution Nepal Party
KATHMANDU: Rajendra Mahato, coordinator of the National Liberation Revolution, has announced the formation of the National Liberation Revolution Nepal Party. This party is aimed at establishing a "multi-nation state" and advocating for the rights of oppressed citizens.
During the inaugural meeting of the National Committee of the National Liberation Revolution, held in Kathmandu, Mahato expressed the party’s commitment to safeguarding the rights of marginalized communities. He emphasized the need for the party to promote cultural diversity while also enhancing Nepal's economic condition.
Mahato stressed that the party's focus would be on addressing the identity and rights issues of those who remain unrecognized, even under the democratic system. He criticized the current state for hindering unity in the struggle for these rights.
The newly formed party will concentrate on developing strategies to advocate for these marginalized groups. Mahato’s goal is to ensure that the movement leads to a multi-nation state, reflecting the country's cultural diversity and securing economic progress.
The three-day meeting will focus on party formation, strategy development, and discussions of current political situations. The meeting also seeks to solidify the agenda of the National Liberation Revolution and define its future course of action.
