KATHMANDU: The various important items within its agenda include the tabling of the 'Secured Transactions (First Amendment) Bill, 2080', which was originally introduced in the National Assembly. A meeting of the HoR is called today at 11 am.

This session will also include discussions on Appropriation Bill, 2081, where the concerned ministers are expected to reply to questions from MPs. More importantly, Ministers will include explanations from the Minister of Health and Population in response to seeking clarification on the budget for the forthcoming fiscal year 2024/025.

After that, cut motions will be tabled by MPs in various ministerial portfolios: at the Ministries of Women, Children, and Senior Citizens; Culture, Tourism, and Civil Aviation; Federal Affairs and General Administration; Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation; Finance; Home Affairs; Foreign Affairs; Physical Infrastructure and Transport; Office of the Prime Minister and Council of Ministers; National Planning Commission; Office of the Vice President; and the Office of the President.
