KATHMANDU: The State Affairs Committee (SAC) of the House of Representatives has scheduled a meeting for August 15 to discuss the bill amending the Prevention of Corruption Act, 2059. Home Minister Ramesh Lekhak, Chief Secretary Lila Devi Gadtaula, and CIAA Chief Commissioner Prem Kumar Rai have been summoned to participate in this discussion.

Committee Chairman Ramhari Khatiwada has stated that all relevant officials, including those from the authority, will be present. The meeting aims to review and deliberate on proposed changes to the anti-corruption legislation.
