Green Development Bank Limited's promoter shares were converted, changing the shareholding ratio to 51:49.
Green Development Bank Limited (GRDBL) has published a notification in which it states that Nepal Rastra Bank has approved a modification in the promoter-public share conversion from the current 55% - 45% to 51% - 49%.
Currently, 5,387,220 shares of the firm are listed on NEPSE. Similarly, promotors made up 55% of the shareholding structure, or 2,962,971 units, and the general public made up 45%, or 2,424,249 units. It is now divided into 49% public shares, or 2,639,738 units, and 51% promoter shares, or 2,747,482 units.
In other words, 2,15,489 additional units were added to the stock held by the public.
GRDBL shut off at 709 rupees.
