Minor earthquake strikes Dailekh District in Nepal
According to the National Earthquake Measurement and Research Centre, an earthquake struck near Nepa in the Dailekh district at 10:30 am today. Bharat Koirala, the center's chief, reported that the earthquake registered a magnitude of 4.1 on the Richter scale. Koirala emphasized that the tremor's epicenter was located around Nepa in Dailekh, and initial assessments suggest that it likely did not result in significant damage. As of now, there have been no reports of any damage caused by the earthquake.
Bharat Koirala stated that while the earthquake occurred with its epicenter in the Nepa area of Dailekh, there is currently no indication of major damage. He added that no information regarding any damage resulting from the tremor has been received thus far.
