In Q4 FY24, Infibeam Avenues reports revenue of Rs 727 Cr and profit of Rs 49 Cr.
The company's revenue from operations fell by 20.3% to Rs 727 crore from Rs 912 crore in Q3 FY24. However, year-over-year, operating revenue surged by 57.4% to Rs 3,199 crore from Rs 2,033 crore in FY23. A significant 92% of Infibeam’s revenue came from its payment gateway and infrastructure business, contributing Rs 670 crore in Q4 FY24, while its e-commerce platform business grew by 6% to Rs 57 crore. Earnings from interest and financial asset gains added Rs 16.2 crore, bringing the total revenue to Rs 743 crore.
Operational overheads, including infrastructure and service-related expenses, declined by 22.4% to Rs 620 crore, representing 91.3% of total expenditure. Total costs, including employee benefits, legal, advertising, and other overheads, were Rs 679 crore. This disciplined expense management led to a 20% increase in net profits, rising to Rs 49.2 crore from Rs 41 crore in Q3 FY24. The company's efficiency was evident as it spent Rs 0.93 to earn a rupee in Q4 FY24. As of May 16, 2024, Infibeam Avenues' stock traded at Rs 32.80, with a market capitalization of Rs 9,124 crore.
