Twelve contractor firms are on the blacklist
The government has blacklisted 12 contractor companies and providers.
Issuing a notice today, the Public Procurement Monitoring Office (PPMO) said the companies and providers have been boycotted as per the choice of the office on Wednesday. The choice was taken being based on the explanation in composing of the open agencies/bodies.
According to section 63 (1) of the Open Procurement Act, 2063 BS, 12 companies have been boycotted.
The PPMO has expressed in the take note that boycotted contractors and providers will not be able to take part in any obtainment or offering handle for one to three a long time.
Some companies and suppliers have been boycotted for three a long time; a few for one year and a few for six months, the PPMO expressed in the take note.
Twelve public bodies, counting the Transport Infrastructure Directorate at Phidim in Panchthar, Nepal Telecom Central Office, the Office of Streets at Chaurjahari in Rukum West, the Government Street Supervision and Checking Office and the Nepal Forest Corporation Limited, have been boycotted.
